merry late christmas

we've had a busy few weeks around here and sadly never got around to sending out cards this year. thank you to those of you who are clearly more organized and i and sent some out. we loved getting them and they are now adorning our kitchen cabinets. i figured i'd post a few pictures here and we could pretend it counts for a card...yes?

besides and gym and last minute shopping we were mostly home on christmas eve
some friends stopped by to drop off treats which were pretty much eaten by the time they left
and we cleaned and prepped for christmas day
and naturally the kids found their way to the mudhole

we spent the eve of christmas day at the east side mccoy's celebrating the twins' birthday
and playing games. it was the perfect end to the day. we are so lucky to have so much family that lives in town. it makes this time of year especially great. we love you all and are grateful for each of you. we think of you often and pray for you and your families. we are grateful for our Savior and are aware daily how much we need Him in our lives and hearts. we hope you all had the merriest of christmases.

xoxo
